Charges

Our service charges are very modest and start at £17.50 plus spare parts (If required), plus return postage and packing.

In the case of costly items we can insure the delivery at an extra charge. You would not want to loose a Penn Game Fishing Reel in the post, would you?

If a repair looks to be what we determine as expensive we will provide you with a quotation before we start any work. We can also provide a quote before any work is undertaken, provided you give us your contact details on the REPAIR FORM, such as telephone number or even better email address.

Please fill out our REPAIR FORM completely, PRINT it out and remember to include it with your reel. One form per REEL please. And yes, we do need a return address. You would be surprised the number of people who forget to give us those details.
